Terms of Service

Simple League is a hosted service for running iRacing leagues, operated at simpleleague.app. By creating an account or using a league page you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need a verified email address to create a league or register for one. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at leagues@simpleleague.app if you think someone else has access to it.

Your league and its content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Simple League: your league name and branding, your rules, your schedule, your results and the media your drivers upload. You give us the licence we need to store that content and show it on your league page and in the emails you send through the service. League owners decide who has an admin, steward or driver role, and are responsible for how their staff use those roles.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to publish.
• Do not use protests, penalties or league emails to harass, threaten or dox another driver.
• Do not attempt to reach leagues, protests or private media you have not been given access to, and do not scrape or overload the service.
• Do not imply that Simple League is operated by or affiliated with iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations. It is not.

Results and decisions are yours

Simple League calculates standings from the results and points scheme you give it and records the penalties your stewards issue. It does not officiate your league. Sporting decisions, appeals and their consequences are between you and your drivers.

Availability

The service is in early access and provided as is. We do not promise a particular uptime, and features may change or be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice before a change that would break an active season.

Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your league or your account at any time from the settings pages. We may suspend an account or a league that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk. On deletion we remove league content and uploaded media within 30 days, except where we must keep records to resolve a dispute.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Simple League is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for any loss arising from a sporting decision made in your league. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
